"account": "RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — The coalition of Saudi-led forces combating Yemen's Houthi rebels announced today that they had destroyed over 100 military targets during a major offensive against the Iran-backed faction. The dispute between the Houthi militia and Yemen's internationally recognized government — a nation Saudi Arabia supports — flared up again in July, subsequently escalating to involve the neighboring kingdom. The Houthis have not only seized control of territory along Yemen's Red Sea coast but have also launched attacks on transport hubs, oil installations, and other civilian sites across the Middle East's principal oil producer with drones and missiles.\n\nTurki al-Maliki, a spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, stated on X, \"We are conducting a large-scale operation aimed at targeting the personnel and capabilities of the Houthi terrorist militia.\" He further asserted, \"We have destroyed 136 military targets in areas under the control of the Houthi terrorist militia.\"\n\nAccording to Almasirah TV, a channel affiliated with the Houthi movement, Saudi missiles struck locations in Yemen's northwestern Saada governorate.",
