"account": "President Donald Trump announced a deal with Russia on October 9 to supply diesel fuel to the United States and global markets, following a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The U.S. eased sanctions on Russian diesel, issuing a temporary license for sales through April 7, 2027. Russia has lifted restrictions on diesel exports, allowing Russian diesel to be sold on the global market. The deal includes the immediate delivery of over 300,000 metric tons of Russian diesel, with additional shipments planned in November and December. Ukraine criticized the deal, with President Volodymyr Zelensky stating that it shows \"obvious weakness\" and that gas and oil gifts to Putin will not bring peace. Zelensky accused the U.S. of using Ukraine as a front in their negotiations, saying it is dishonest and not a way to treat a partner.",
