"account": "Mikel Arteta, the current Arsenal manager, maintains his innocence regarding Manchester City's Premier League rule breaches from the period he served as assistant manager between 2016 and 2019. During this time, City was found guilty of breaking rules and concealing a secret funding of over £830 million. At his first news conference since the ruling, which the club has appealed, Arteta attempted to steer clear of direct questions, stating his desire to respect the ongoing process. When directly asked if his conscience was clear, Arteta's response was a single word, which is considered the most revealing aspect of the interview. He did not engage in a combative manner but was determined to stick to his stance. Arteta declined to comment on his discussions with Guardiola and reiterated his refusal to answer further questions until the process is concluded. He emphasized the importance of trusting the process to come to the right conclusions, stating that he fully believes the Premier League remains the best in the world.",
