"account": "Mikel Arteta, the current Arsenal manager, has stated that his conscience is clear regarding the Premier League rule breaches that occurred during his time as an assistant manager at Manchester City between 2016 and 2019. During this nine-year period, it was revealed that City had broken rules and concealed secret funding of over £830 million. Arteta, who was present at Manchester City for three and a half years, attempted to avoid answering questions about his conscience being clear, stating that he wanted to respect the ongoing process. The only time he directly addressed the matter was when asked if his conscience was clear, to which he simply answered \"yes\". Arteta was not combative during the news conference, but it was evident that he had a predetermined response to provide.\n\nWhen discussing the independent commission's report, which found City to have arranged \"sham contracts\" with commercial partners to disguise earnings, Arteta expressed his understanding of the question but emphasized the importance of respecting the process and timelines. He reiterated that the case remains unresolved due to the appeal, and Arsenal's position is to refrain from making further comments until the situation is fully resolved. Arteta also stated that he believes the Premier League remains the best in the world, and he has faith in the process and its ultimate resolution.",
