"account": "Saudi Arabia and Yemen's internationally recognized government have urged the UN Security Council to take action against the Houthi rebels. In a meeting with the council, Saudi envoy Abdulaziz al-Wasil expressed concern over the increasing targeting of civilians by the Houthis, including the recruitment of child soldiers and threats to shipping routes in the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb Strait. He denounced the \"blatant\" attacks on Saudi airports and warned that Riyadh would not permit Yemen to become a base for threats to its security or maritime freedom.\n\nYemen's envoy, Abdullah Ali Fadhel al-Saadi, emphasized that the Houthi threat is no longer confined to internal Yemeni matters. He called upon the council to implement decisive and practical measures to restrict funding, weapons, and technology supplied to the group. Al-Saadi highlighted that over 100 children were killed in September alone, alleging that the Houthis have targeted schools, markets, and displaced more than 200,000 individuals. He also condemned the latest strikes launched by the Houthis against Saudi Arabia.",
