"account": "U.S. President Donald Trump announced on October 9 that Russia would supply millions of tons of diesel fuel to the global market, according to a statement on his Truth Social platform. Trump stated that Russia would initially provide 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to American and global markets, followed by an additional 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons immediately thereafter. Furthermore, Russia would supply 3 million tons of diesel fuel within a short period of time, contingent on the condition of their refineries. Trump attributed the deal to the Republican party's upcoming midterm elections and the high priority of surging fuel prices among voters. The deal is expected to lead to a significant decrease in diesel prices in the United States and worldwide.",
