"account": "Phantom Defense, a Ukrainian defense-tech firm, has been invited to participate in the Pentagon's Drone Dominance program after playing the role of an adversary in a recent drone contest. The company's system was responsible for neutralizing over 7,000 enemy drones in a 100 square kilometer area within a year during the conflict in Ukraine. Instead of entering one of their own drones, Phantom Defense provided the electronic resistance that American drones had to navigate through during the contest. Their setup comprised Specter PRO, L, X, and XL jammers, a Streamhunter video-interception tool, and a command-and-control layer. The jammers were able to suppress drones under various conditions, including heat and rain, while the command-and-control layer coordinated the countermeasures and confirmed the kills. The center of the arrangement is Phantom Defense's C2 system, Kupol, which integrates separate tools into a single ecosystem on a shared map. It allows crews to run electronic warfare remotely and logs each mission automatically for future reference. The high-power Specter PRO station, designed to shield positions, critical infrastructure, and cities, serves as the hardware anchor.",
