"account": "Fede Goldenberg, a veteran of YouTube, has been appointed Head of Screen Gems by Sony Pictures Entertainment. The move is part of the studio's new strategy to include theatrical projects created by digital-native storytellers. Ashley Brucks, the current president of Screen Gems, will shift to a producer role. Sanford Panitch, President of Sony Pictures’ Motion Picture Group, said, \"We see tremendous potential in expanding that vision to include a new generation of digital-native creators with theatrical ambitions.\" Goldenberg's extensive experience at YouTube, including his role in partnerships with studios and negotiations for content deals, makes him a perfect fit for this position. He will use his deep relationships with content creators to expand the studio's pipeline of talent and develop theatrical movies. Brucks, who joined Screen Gems in 2023, will continue to bring her expertise and genre taste to the studio. Goldenberg has over 20 years of experience in entertainment, technology, and digital media, with 15 years spent at YouTube, where he was Head of TV & Film Content Partnerships and managed partnerships with major studios and MCNs.",
