"summary": "The Decemberists, fronted by Colin Meloy, have released a new song for the movie adaptation of Meloy's Wildwood Chronicles, a series of fantasy novels set in Portland. The adaptation is a stop-motion animated film, and it's fitting that the Decemberists, known for their bookish indie-folk style, are contributing to its soundtrack. Meloy, who also authored the Wildwood Chronicles, shared this news on Stereogum, marking yet another creative venture for the band and the author.",
