"summary": "Several Moscow airports briefly suspended flights on October 9 amid suspected Ukrainian drone and balloon raids, according to the Kyiv Independent. Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky airports all halted operations, disrupting flights and causing delays. Russian government aircraft were scheduled to fly into Moscow that day, but at least one was forced to divert to St. Petersburg. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed to have repelled an attack by 15 Ukrainian UAVs, while unknown balloons were also spotted in Russian skies. By 5:42 p.m. Moscow time, several airports had reopened. The incident comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced plans to de facto close Russia's airspace, warning airlines against flying over the country.",
