"account": "The Anker Solix S5000 portable power station is set to make its debut for whole-home backup during power outages. With a massive 5,024Wh capacity, this station supports both 120V and 240V, boasting a rated power output of 4,500W and an impressive 8,000W peak output. Weighing in at 96.8 pounds, it comes equipped with durable wheels and a telescoping handle for easy transport. The S5000 stands out with its remarkable expansion capabilities, allowing users to add up to three expansion batteries for a total capacity of 30kWh.\n\nIn real-life testing, the Anker Solix S5000 proved its reliability by keeping a refrigerator running for 86 hours, illuminating lights, and powering a WiFi router for two days. It offered a 48-hour runtime for essential devices such as a refrigerator, WiFi router, coffee maker, and lights. In the case of a window air-conditioner, the S5000 provided power for 25 hours.\n\nRecharging the S5000 is swift and efficient, with standard wall power delivering up to 80% charge in under an hour and a full charge in 1.6 hours. Solar input up to 3,000W is also supported, making it an eco-friendly and versatile option. The S5000 can be preordered at Anker's website for $2,499.99 (a discount from the list price of $3,599.99), with special offers including an additional two-year warranty, a Prime Charging Station, and a Solix DC Charging Cable for $699 savings. The official launch of the S5000 is set for October 27.",
