"summary": "Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, has imposed a 24-hour curfew on the Biseni community following a breakdown of law and order and recent unrest. The curfew was announced after the governor received briefings from security commanders on the security situation in the community.\n\nThe unrest began with a violent protest by youths over the lack of infrastructure in the area, including electricity and good roads. During the protest, several buildings belonging to traditional chiefs in the community were set on fire.\n\nAccording to Daily Trust, some youths had barricaded roads into and within the town, making bonfires. The governor has directed security operatives to restore law and order, peace, and security in the community, and advised residents to remain law-abiding.",
