"account": "Amazon has launched a new range of Alexa tablets, marking a shift in its tablet strategy following the removal of the Kindle name from its Fire devices. The latest models, including the Alexa Tablet 12 Pro, Alexa Tablet 11, and Alexa Tablet 8, offer full access to the Google Play Store and prioritize AI through Alexa+. The Alexa Tablet 12 Pro, Amazon's most powerful model, boasts the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, delivering three times faster CPU performance and nine times faster GPU performance compared to the Fire Max 11. It features a 12-inch 3:2 aspect ratio display with a 120Hz refresh rate, available in standard and Nanomatte options. The Nanomatte version uses glare-resistant etched Corning glass for enhanced visibility. The tablet comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, priced at $500, while the Nanomatte version starts at $550. The Alexa Tablet 11, with an 11-inch 16:10 display supporting a 90Hz refresh rate, uses the MediaTek MT8189 chipset and offers two speakers. It is priced at $330 for the 64GB model and $380 for 128GB. The Alexa Tablet 8, the smallest model, features an 8.7-inch display with a 1340 × 800-pixel resolution and comes with 4GB or 8GB RAM. It is available for $230 with 4GB/64GB, $280 for 4GB/128GB, and $300 for 8GB/128GB. All three tablets include Alexa+, Amazon's AI assistant, which supports natural language conversations without requiring users to say \"Hey, Alexa.\" The Alexa Tablet 12 Pro does not include lockscreen ads, while the 11 and 8 models include them at an additional cost. Users can remove the ads for $20. The Alexa Tablet 11 and 8 have optional ads-free versions. The Alexa tablets begin shipping on October 14 in the US, with UK arrival on October 19. The Kids Tablets, available in 8.7-inch and 11-inch sizes for children aged 3+ and 6+, respectively, are available for pre-order and will ship on October 14 in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Japan, as well as on October 19 in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.",
