"account": "The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, Netherlands, is presided over by Navi Pillay, a South African jurist. Formerly the head of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, Pillay is currently an ad hoc judge in the ICJ's genocide case against Myanmar. Recognized for her pioneering work in acknowledging sexual violence as a war crime during the 1994 Rwandan genocide, Pillay's latest judicial decision will determine if the same definition of genocide applies to Myanmar.",
