"account": "Mercedes Formula 1 team boss Toto Wolff has dismissed critics who allege the team is biased against George Russell, calling them \"brainless.\" The British driver's championship prospects were significantly hampered by an engine failure during the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia last Sunday. Russell currently trails team-mate Kimi Antonelli by 86 points and will start from the back of the grid at the upcoming Singapore Grand Prix due to a penalty for using excessive engine parts. Wolff dismissed accusations of favoritism towards Antonelli as \"completely nonsensical\" and stated that Mercedes always provides equal opportunities to both drivers. He emphasized his close personal relationship with both Russell and Antonelli, who are both long-time protégés of the team. Wolff also highlighted the recent decision to split the specifications of the team's cars for the Singapore Grand Prix after an upgrade in Malaysia failed to yield the expected performance gains.",
