"account": "A six-year-old girl, Ruksana, was rescued from Hussainsagar lake by a driver of an auto-rickshaw after her mother allegedly threw her into the water, reportedly distressed over her inability to pay for the child’s intestinal infection treatment. The incident occurred when the girl’s mother, Shabana, who lives in Hasmathpet, Old Bowenpally, was unable to afford the medical expenses for Ruksana’s ailment. Shabana, who works as a domestic worker and is a single parent to her two daughters, reportedly took Ruksana to Hussainsagar in a desperate attempt to throw her into the lake. An autorickshaw driver who happened to pass by the scene immediately dove into the water to save the child, successfully bringing her to safety. Ruksana is currently receiving treatment at Gandhi Hospital. The details surrounding the incident and any subsequent police action are pending.",
