"account": "Statistics Canada is scheduled to release its latest jobs data on Friday, with economists predicting a modest increase of 9,200 positions in September, following a sharp decline of 42,000 jobs in August. The revised unemployment rate is estimated to have risen to 6.5 per cent from 6.4 per cent. Although the labour market experienced a setback in August, economists remain relatively optimistic, citing the relatively stable unemployment rate as a positive indicator. The latest jobs report will serve as the Bank of Canada's final assessment of the labour market before its upcoming interest rate decision on October 28. The central bank has held its key lending rate at 2.25 per cent for nearly a year, but market sentiment has been shifting, with growing expectations of a rate hike in the near future.",
"summary": "The Bank of Canada has kept its key lending rate unchanged at 2.25 per cent for about a year, but market expectations have been shifting lately.",
