"account": "Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has paid tribute to the late Ratan Tata on his death anniversary, praising him for giving the Northeast dignity through healthcare and ambition in industry. Born in Jamshedpur, Tata chose Assam as one of the few outsiders to visit the state, and his warm and unhurried visits still stay with him. When cancer was claiming thousands of lives across Assam every year, Tata helped map 17 hospitals across the state and transformed Assam Cancer Care Foundation from an idea to a lifeline. Additionally, he established the Tata Semiconductor Facility at Jagiroad, which is set to become operational by the end of the year. Sarma also highlighted that the township surrounding the facility bears the name Ratan Tata Electronics City. Ratan Tata's contributions to cancer care were immense, as he didn't just send a cheque and walk away, but sat with the people of Assam, helping turn the idea of Assam Cancer Care Foundation into a reality.",
