"account": "Eric Kutcher, a senior partner and chair of McKinsey North America, stated at the company's media day that AI is boosting workers' productivity more than the organizations they work for as a whole. While software development has been a bright spot, with AI helping developers generate more code and release features faster, individual productivity gains have not yet translated into broad benefits for companies. Companies must rethink their work processes to achieve widespread gains, according to Kutcher. Currently, McKinsey's data shows that 80% of respondents believe AI has increased their productivity, but the share of organizations reporting an increase in profits from core operations has remained flat at 37%. As more companies move beyond experimentation and pilot phases, they are beginning to shift from individual productivity to institutional productivity, reevaluating their entire business processes to incorporate AI in novel ways.",
