The Bantuan Awal Persekolahan (BAP) will now help a family with four children receive RM800 to prepare for the upcoming school session. A total of 5.3 million pupils are eligible for this aid, with an allocation of RM1 billion. The aid will be disbursed at schools to encourage parents to attend and interact with teachers in person, sharing the responsibility for their children's academic progress and character development.\n\nIn addition to the increased BAP, the government has also agreed to provide a living allowance of RM2,500 to Form Six students. This allowance will benefit 90,000 Form Six students and matches the amount given to matriculation students.",
