"summary": "On Thursday night, a 33-year-old woman was arrested at the Brooklyn Police Station after allegedly assaulting a police officer following a request for a pre-signed affidavit. The woman, whose identity remains undisclosed, reportedly became dissatisfied with the explanation provided by police regarding the affidavit commissioning process. According to Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, a police spokesperson, the woman was released the same night on a warning. Preliminary reports suggest that the woman is an EFF MP, although this has not been independently verified by The Citizen. She is expected to appear before Hatfield Magistrate’s Court on 12 October 2026. This story is still developing.",
