"account": "SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won pledged on Friday for his business to expedite the construction of a new semiconductor cluster in the southwestern region of South Korea to satisfy escalating global demand. During a tour of Gwangju Air Base in the southwestern Jeonnam-Gwangju area, where SK hynix Inc. has proposed the new chip cluster, Chey stated that they plan to build the facility as swiftly as conditions allow. He further explained that the rising demand for chips necessitates a swift supply increase, and urged the need to hasten the construction process. The chairman mentioned that the group still needs to decide on the commencement date, but stressed their commitment to start construction soon. Chey also pointed out that the demand for chips is anticipated to increase substantially, and the proposed cluster will be roughly two-thirds the size of the one currently under construction in Yongin, located south of Seoul. This visit marked Chey's first to the region since the conglomerate unveiled its building plan in June. Earlier this year, SK hynix unveiled its plans for the new chip cluster.",
