"account": "A man from East Delhi has won Rs 54,352 after a bank was found negligent over unauthorized debit card transactions totaling around Rs 70,000 made while he claimed to be in India. The East Delhi District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ruled in favor of the man, finding the bank liable for the first unauthorized transaction but absolving it of responsibility for the second. The bank had to refund Rs 41,852 with interest and compensation, but refused to pay for the second transaction due to the man's failure to block his debit card.",
