"account": "Jubilee and ENI have announced a combined investment of $3.5 billion in Ghana's oil sector, according to Ghana Investment Promotion Authority (GIPA) CEO Simon Madjie. The investments include $2 billion from the Jubilee partners and $1.5 billion from ENI and its partners. The funds will be used to drill 20 wells in the Jubilee field, as per the Jubilee partners' commitment. Other international oil companies, such as Chevron, Shell, and Petrobras, have also shown interest in Ghana's oil acreages and blocks. Chevron and Shell have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore work in the Eastern Keta Basin, while Petrobras has expressed interest in Ghana's available oil resources. Madjie did not disclose further information on ExxonMobil's potential return, stating that such details should be shared with sector authorities.",
