"account": "Senator Lere Oyewumi, the Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, has installed 1,500 solar-powered street lights and granted N50,000 to 600 artisans in the Osun West Senatorial District. The empowerment initiative aims to assist small businesses and alleviate economic challenges faced by residents, according to a statement from Oyewumi's media unit. Beneficiaries consist of tailors, mechanics, carpenters, hairdressers, and technicians. Oyewumi emphasized that effective representation should directly impact the welfare and financial independence of citizens, as artisans form the foundation of local productivity. He assured constituents that the initiative is part of a broader, long-term plan to lift families out of economic vulnerability and promote self-reliance. The statement highlighted that beneficiaries and trade union leaders welcomed the intervention, describing it as timely and beneficial to artisans. The initiative comes as concerns grow over the rising cost of doing business and its impact on small-scale businesses and informal sector operators nationwide.",
