"account": "IX Asia Indexes has ceased real-time dissemination of its ixCrypto Indexes, citing security issues with cloud service providers. The decision was made following a report on 24 September 2026 about \"Index Dissemination Security Protection\". Real-time services, currently provided on Bloomberg and Nasdaq, were halted on 18 September 2026 for Nasdaq and 6 October 2026 for Bloomberg and the official website. IX Asia Indexes plans to review its current AI environment and resume real-time dissemination in the future, after discussing the matter in their quarterly index review on 15 October 2026. The company, which was the first to provide a transparent and governed benchmark for the crypto market, will continue to offer day-end index values and quarterly reviews. IX Asia Indexes apologizes for any inconvenience caused and invites inquiries at enquiry@ix-index.com.",
