"account": "The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ayoludanth Nigeria Enterprises Limited, Chief Ayoola Osunleye, has encouraged Nigerian youths passionate about business and entrepreneurship to adopt discipline and excel in their endeavors. He made this appeal while hosting over 300 youths at his Supermart building in Abeokuta, marking the 2026 Nigeria Independence Day celebration.\n\nOsunleye urged the young people to be courageous and focus on their goals, emphasizing the importance of originality, truthfulness, and honesty in their dealings with customers and people around them. He shared his own entrepreneurial journey, which began while he was still in secondary school, where he reared animals, produced and sold meat pies, and later ventured into supermarkets and building contracts for various government bodies. Osunleye also supplied animals to the President and the Chief Judge of Ogun State, highlighting the success of his agriculture business and construction works.\n\nHe advised the youths to start small and not rush their ambitions, stating that local beginnings could eventually lead to global success. Osunleye further encouraged them to find a good mentor, as he is inspired by the former Minister of Agriculture, Akinwunmi Adesina, and Pastor David Oyedepo. The event concluded with a musical performance by Boye Best and his band.",
