"account": "The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has assured that Senegal's appeal against the loss of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) title to Morocco will be resolved swiftly. The appeals chamber, presided by French sports law expert Gerald Simon, heard the case on Thursday and is expected to issue a decision within days. Senegal contested CAF's decision to declare Morocco the champions, despite Senegal winning the final 1-0 after extra time on January 15. Senegal claimed they forfeited the match by walking off the pitch after a penalty was awarded against them, overturning the result. CAS Director General Matthieu Reeb acknowledged the long wait for both teams' fans and emphasized the importance of upholding sports law, adding that the decision would focus on procedural and legal aspects.",
