"account": "Brandon - A high school student accused of a sword attack at a Manitoba school referenced immigrants as invaders, investigated school massacres and fantasized about being killed by police, according to an agreed statement of facts presented during the teen's trial. The 17-year-old faces three charges of attempted murder, uttering threats, wearing a disguise and possession of a weapon in connection with the June 10, 2025 attack at Neelin High School. When interviewed by officers, the accused recounted planning the attack for months and expressed a desire to \"go out with a bang.\" He admitted to being inspired by a 2015 Swedish case involving a man who dressed in black and used a sword to kill three immigrants before being killed by police.",
