"account": "Chuck Lorre continues his ongoing feud with President Donald Trump through a sarcastic vanity card at the end of an episode of Young Sheldon spin-off, Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. When White House spokesperson Davis Ingle recently claimed Lorre needed psychiatric help due to his \"Trump Derangement Syndrome,\" the Big Bang Theory creator decided to take the situation in stride. In the message, Lorre jokingly suggests he would consider seeking professional help, but only under certain conditions. He jokingly mentions a possible trigger could be the weekly atomic bomb drills he endured in grade school, as well as potential environmental toxins like those mentioned in mesothelioma commercials. Despite his playful approach, Lorre appreciates the public concern for his mental health, acknowledging that it's comforting to know the government is looking out for him. The full vanity card reads, \"A spokesperson for the White House recently announced that I need psychiatric help. I don’t disagree... It might also be worth investigating if toxins in my environment bear any responsibility for my ‘derangement.’\" Lorre's long-running rivalry with Trump has been evident in his recent comments, with the president being referred to as a \"bloated orange piece of shit\" during a speech at the Project Angel Food Angel Awards Gala. Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage will air on CBS tonight at 8 p.m. ET.",
