"summary": "Daily Post Nigeria reports that Rotimi Amaechi, the vice-presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, has declared that only \"mad men\" would vote for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election. During a town hall meeting in Benin City, Amaechi urged Edo residents not to support Tinubu's re-election bid, asserting that voting for the president would be a mistake. He commented, \"If it is in 2027 that we will know how many mad men we have in Nigeria, it's only a mad man that can vote for Tinubu.\" Amaechi further suggested that voting for Tinubu in Edo would indicate that the residents are \"mad.\"",
