"summary": "Rotimi Amaechi, the African Democratic Congress's vice presidential candidate, has made comments about President Bola Tinubu's intentions towards Edo State. According to the Daily Post Nigeria, Amaechi alleged that President Tinubu hates the people of Edo State, citing the construction of a new seaport in Ogun State as evidence. Amaechi claimed that the project was for Tinubu's personal financial gain rather than meeting local production needs.\n\nAmaechi also made a comment about the 2027 election, stating that only thieves would vote for Tinubu, as reported by Punch Nigeria. The Edo APC responded to Amaechi's comments, dismissing them as senseless.\n\nSeparately, Dr. Afiz Ogun, Director General of the Industrial Training Fund, expressed a different view on President Tinubu's policies, stating that his economic reforms are working and that Nigerians will be happier if he is re-elected, according to Punch Nigeria.",
