"account": "The Trump administration has frozen green-card filings by Microsoft, Adobe, and major IT outsourcing companies, signaling a crackdown on skilled-worker immigration programs. The suspension also includes Cognizant, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, HCL Technologies, and Capgemini. Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling stated that the move would also halt new permanent labor certification applications involving these firms. The administration claims the actions target fraud and potential job losses for American workers. Meanwhile, nine prominent universities – including Harvard, Yale, and Stanford – are under investigation for alleged misuse of exchange-visitor visas, which could be used to undercut American wages. The probes come as the administration continues to cultivate closer ties with the same tech leaders whose companies are now under scrutiny.",
