"account": "Freddie Blay, the former New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Chairman, has accused President John Mahama of politically motivated demolition of the Polo Beach Club on October 1. The National Security Secretariat, working on behalf of Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), dismantled several structures along the Labadi beachfront, including the Polo Beach Club. Blay contends that the land for the club was legally acquired from the La Traditional Council by his son, disputing the authorities' claim that the occupants were squatters. He stated that the demolition has forced his family to pursue legal action. Blay suggested that President Mahama ordered the demolition, asserting that the 48 Engineer Regiment could not have carried out the operation without his approval. He believes the SSNIT and Labadi people met with Mahama, explaining that the club's presence was adversely affecting their business. Blay also revealed that 40 housing units of another son, Kwame Blay, were demolished at Borteyman due to land litigation.",
