"summary": "Drones struck a data center owned by Russia's Yandex in the town of Sasovo, marking the first major attack on a Russian data hub since the Ukraine war began. According to Reuters, the drones hit the data center, while Euromaidan Press reported that the attack caused a fire that hit part of the data center, stopping it fully. The data center is located in Ryazan Oblast, about 580 km from Ukraine.\n\nThe attack on the Yandex data center comes after Russia has been striking data centers in Kyiv that keep Ukraine's internet and online services running. Yandex warned that some services may be unavailable, but its core services kept running and no one was hurt. Ryazan Oblast Governor Pavel Malkov claimed two drones were downed, a roof caught fire at an enterprise in the Sasovo district, and windows were blown out in several homes.\n\nEuromaidan Press also reported that the power failure took down a wide range of Yandex Cloud infrastructure. The incident was reported by various outlets, with Euromaidan Press citing Ukrainian sources and Astra's OSINT analyst finding evidence of the fire from eyewitness footage.",
