"account": "The FIA has announced a 2027 schedule for the World Rally Championship (WRC) that expands the calendar to 15 rounds for the first time since 2008. The increase in events comes following high demand to host rallies. Scotland will host its first WRC event in three years, with a gravel rally set for September 30 - October 3. The USA will also return to the WRC calendar with a gravel rally in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Kentucky, replacing the Italian round that will now be held in Rome. The Kenyan round has been secured with a deal between the FIA, promoter, and local ASN, with the Kenyan government still supporting the project. The championship will start in Monte Carlo and conclude in Saudi Arabia from November 25-28. FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem and WRC promoter CEO Éric Boullier expressed excitement about the expanded calendar, highlighting the championship's growth potential in countries with strong rallying heritage and the introduction of new technical regulations.",
