"account": "A Russian attack on two passenger buses in Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine, resulted in the deaths of at least 30 people and 18 injuries, according to authorities on Thursday. The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office confirmed the figures after the incident, which was reported on Telegram. Governor Vadym Filashkin stated that Russian forces deliberately targeted civilian transport, emphasizing that a single strike can kill a large number of people. He asserted that Russia disregards all rules of warfare and international humanitarian norms, specifically targeting areas where it can inflict the greatest harm on civilians. Governor Filashkin emphasized the need to prioritize the safety of Kramatorsk's residents, who are located near the front line in the Donetsk region, one of Ukraine's major cities and a key logistical hub. Russian forces have advanced toward the city's eastern outskirts, prompting calls for civilians to evacuate to safer areas.",
