"summary": "The Korean government has announced its decision to recall its ambassador to Ukraine in response to a diplomatic dispute over the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war (POWs) to South Korea. The move comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy disclosed the transfer during a U.N. General Assembly speech on September 23, causing tension between the two nations. President Lee Jae Myung expressed disappointment over the breach of confidentiality, while Kyiv denied the existence of any such agreement. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that they hope to resolve outstanding issues between the countries amicably and continue consultations to that end.",
