"summary": "Korea is set to recall its ambassador to Ukraine in response to a dispute over the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war (POWs) to South Korea. The issue escalated after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy disclosed the transfer during a U.N. General Assembly speech in New York on September 23. South Korean President Lee Jae Myung expressed disappointment, alleging that Ukraine had breached an agreement to keep the transfer confidential. Ukraine denied any such agreement, leading to diplomatic friction between the two nations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that they hope to resolve the outstanding issues amicably and continue consultations with Ukraine.",
