"account": "Sonny Cox, the 21-year-old striker for Exeter City, has been suffering from an undisclosed illness this season. The young player withdrew from the team shortly before a match against Oxford United due to his condition and received medical attention. Exeter City manager Matt Taylor confirmed the club is actively investigating the cause of Cox's illness and providing support to the player. Cox, who has played six matches for Exeter this season, has not displayed any lasting effects from his illness. However, the stress caused by the situation has affected both Cox and the team. Taylor emphasized the club's determination to solve the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future. Cox has trained today, indicating a swift recovery, but the footballing implications of missing another opportunity are concerning for the player and the club.",
