"account": "A foreign man residing in Phuket has announced a 30,000-baht reward for any information that leads to the safe return of his missing orange cat, named Mars. Mars is believed to have vanished from a hotel located near the Bang Wad Reservoir in Kathu district on September 7. The pet's owner reached out to the Phuket Times Facebook page to disseminate a missing pet notice for Mars. The cat was first discovered by the owner on December 9, 2022, in a severely injured state. With the help of several individuals who provided medical care and support, Mars managed to recover and has been living with the man since then. Mars possesses light orange and white fur, along with scars around its neck where fur does not grow. The cat was wearing a collar with an AirTag at the time of its disappearance, though the owner is uncertain if the tracking device is still functional. The owner expressed concern for Mars' wellbeing and is eager to locate the cat as soon as possible. A Thai man made a comment on the Phuket Times post, mentioning that he had observed a cat resembling Mars outside a supermarket in Kathu and had provided it with food. However, the man was uncertain whether the cat was indeed Mars. Following the comment, the owner reached out to the individual for further details about the sighting. It remains unclear whether Mars has been found or reunited with the owner. Anyone possessing information regarding Mars is encouraged to contact the owner via call or WhatsApp at 096-819-5511.",
