Gabriel Peres scored twice to earn Kuching a point in the Group A clash after the Singapore side took the lead twice. Aidil noted that Kuching dominated large parts of the game but struggled to break down Tampines' compact defense. He acknowledged the Tampines goalkeeper and defense for their strong performance and credited the Kuching players for their character and refusal to give up. Despite facing a well-organized Tampines defense, Aidil emphasized that the team needed to build on this result and make improvements for future matches.",
