"account": "The Washington Huskies defensive line, a bright spot for Jedd Fisch's team, has benefited from the growth of freshman edge rusher Ramzak Fruean. Fruean, a product of nearby Bethel High School, has earned a starting job alongside Jacob Lane after a standout fall camp. During his rookie season, Fruean has tallied 13 tackles, a half-sack, and a pass breakup. Washington's coaching staff has been encouraged by Fruean's progress, with Fisch noting the improvement in his effort and focus. Fruean's development has been compared to Isaiah Ward's growth four years ago, with Ward now taking on the edge more effectively. Defensive coordinator Ryan Walters agrees that Fruean is on track to become an elite player, emphasizing his consistency and controlled play. Walters highlighted Fruean's ability to focus on his responsibilities before reacting to the ball, an improvement that benefits his teammates.",
