The three individuals being let go are Adam Nuse, who served as senior vice president and chief revenue officer, Erin Swartz, the senior vice president of brand marketing, and Charles Jensen, the vice president of creative. Swartz was responsible for the team's recent rebranding effort prior to the 2026 season, which involved the redesign of logos, uniforms, lettering, and a new color scheme. The Titans plan to fill the positions left by the departing executives with an executive vice president and chief business officer to oversee revenue, marketing, and communications.
