"account": "Adrian Morejon's future role for the Padres remains uncertain as the team prepares for a crucial Game 4 of the National League Division Series against the Milwaukee Brewers. Manager Craig Stammen announced that Morejon's availability for the elimination game will be determined on a game-to-game basis, contingent on his left shoulder's condition. The 27-year-old left-hander, who made the National League All-Star team, had made 76 appearances during the regular season, throwing 86 innings, and leading all Padres relief pitchers in those categories. Stammen opted to use starting pitcher Michael King for the final two innings of the Padres' 4-3 victory in Game 3, likely due to Morejon's shoulder issues. Miller, the Padres' closer, was also absent from the Game 3 lineup, having been placed on the paternity list prior to the game and later activated.",
