"summary": "The Saudi-led coalition has destroyed 82 Houthi military targets across Yemen, according to Major-General Turki al-Maliki, the coalition's spokesperson. The targets, which were hit in a \"comprehensive operation\", included 11 mountain-based ballistic missile storage sites in Saada, as well as command and control centres, communications systems, missile and weapons depots, and a gathering site, Middle East Eye reports.\n\nThe operation targeted areas across Saada, Hodeidah, al-Jawf, and Marib. The coalition's action comes after recent Houthi strikes on Riyadh and Abha airports, which the coalition has vowed to meet with accountability, Ajel English reports.\n\nThere is no direct information on Syria's involvement in the conflict. However, Al-Monitor reports that Syria is considering providing military assistance to Saudi Arabia, including defensive aid or deployment of forces to help fight the Houthis, at the kingdom's request.",
