"account": "The Detroit Lions are dealing with injury concerns as they prepare for their upcoming game against the Arizona Cardinals. Wide receiver Tyleik Williams, the team's first-round pick from Ohio State, missed practice on Wednesday due to a leg injury. Coach Dan Campbell stated that Williams' status for the game remains uncertain. Williams has never missed a game in his career and was injured during the Lions' loss to the Carolina Panthers last week. The Lions have been utilizing a three-player rotation at defensive tackle, with Williams, Alim McNeill, and Skyler Gill-Howard forming the core. If Williams is unable to play on Sunday, October 11th, Levi Onwuzurike and Tyler Lacy could see increased playing time, with the possibility of Chris Smith from the practice squad being elevated to the roster.\n\nCornerback Rock Ya-Sin also missed practice due to a hamstring issue. Campbell mentioned that rookies Keith Abney and veteran safety Jalen Mills might see more playing time as the Lions adjust their defensive personnel for the upcoming game. The Lions currently rank last in the NFL in both total defense and passing defense, and 31st in points allowed. Mills made an appearance as a practice squad elevation during last week's game, playing four snaps. Campbell expressed that both Mills and Abney could potentially take on bigger roles in the Lions' defensive strategy going forward.",
