"account": "In Ukraine, 28 individuals were tragically killed on Wednesday, October 7, due to Russian shelling, according to Ukrainian Interior Minister Ivan Vyhivsky. The attacks struck several locations, including Pryluky, Kremenchuk, Oleksandria, and Kyiv. The shelling resulted in the loss of 28 lives. Among the victims in Pryluky, five were children, with three under the age of one. Two individuals lost their lives in Kyiv due to a late-night shelling. The Minister expressed his condolences to the affected families through his Telegram channel.\n\nDespite the devastating consequences, emergency services personnel and police officers managed to rescue 29 people from the rubble on Wednesday. Most of these rescues occurred in Pryluky. One notable rescue involved a five-year-old girl carried by squad commander Pavlo Levchenko, who pulled her and her mother from the debris after a blast wave knocked them off their feet. Levchenko and his colleagues continued the rubble clearance operation for over 14 hours, ensuring there were no additional casualties trapped beneath the debris.",
