"account": "The Ukraine Ministry of Foreign Affairs is monitoring the potential plague outbreak in Russia, but has stated that there is currently no threat to Ukraine. Heorhiy Tykhyi, the spokesperson for the Ministry, made this declaration at a briefing in Kyiv. No passenger traffic from Russia has entered Ukraine, according to Tykhyi. The Russian regime is repeating past mistakes and failing to ensure basic safety for its citizens, a point emphasized by the Foreign Ministry representative. The Russian authorities have denied any leak or outbreak, citing pneumonia of unknown cause as the cause of death for a lab technician. The U.S. Embassy in Russia is watching the situation in Irkutsk closely, urging U.S. citizens to avoid areas where cases have been recorded.",
