"account": "Ten individuals were injured in a knife attack at a school in Ostroleka, northeastern Poland, on Wednesday, according to a regional governor. The perpetrator, a 19-year-old student, suffered self-harm and was among those taken to the hospital. Nine people were hospitalized but none were in life-threatening condition. The injured included five students, two teachers, and two bystanders. Police detained the suspect shortly after the incident.\n\nThe attack occurred at a vocational school for teenagers around 0900 GMT. Students barricaded themselves in classrooms as a precautionary measure before evacuation. Authorities found the attacker with a machete and bomb disposal experts are checking the suspect's backpack, though it's unclear if anything was discovered. The motives behind the attack remain unclear, though such incidents are rare in Poland. In September, police detained a 13-year-old suspected of planning an attack, finding a knife in his bag. All schools in Ostroleka were closed following the incident, and children were reported to be safe.",
